Criminal Pardons Fees
A record suspension (formerly known as a pardon) allows people who were convicted of a criminal offence to have their criminal record removed and kept separate and apart from other criminal records. We are preparing all the necessary documents for your record suspension application: $550 plus taxes and government fees. It is required to submit fingerprints as part of the application (we can do that) and we assist you with the process every step of the way.
Steps to Complete a Criminal Record Suspension
The first step of your record suspension application is making an appointment to obtain your RCMP criminal record for record suspension, based on your fingerprints. Approximately 2-3 weeks to receive results by mail.
Make an appointment with our consultant for us to confirm your eligibility and start the application after receiving the RCMP documents 450$ plus tax. We will explain the documents required in your case and how long it can take to prepare your documents 2-6 months on average.
Submitting the application to the Parole Board, the governmental body tasked with reviewing your case and deciding the outcome. Can take 6-12 months for government to process your application.

The processing time required to prepare your documents depends on many factors, such as the nature of your offence(s), the court handling the case, if a search of the archives would be necessary, the amount of applications in queue at the local police, and if additional information and processing would be required.
